Windows x64에서 콜드 스타트 후의 첫 Python 셀이 더 이상 "Python kernel did not become ready"로 실패하지 않습니다. Python eval이 5초 제한 시간 대신 커널의 자체 준비 단계를 기다리고 오류의 중단된 단계를 이름으로 표시합니다. 이는 5.1.8에서 알려진 문제였습니다.
