a few weeks ago i got banned from claude unexpectedly and it would be nice to get unbanned

a bit of context: i had just switched from chatgpt to claude and i needed claude for coding help, at the time this was the first week or april. i saw it was a pretty cool app and decided to get the 20$ pro subscription. a few days after i wake up and see that i got signed out, so naturally i try to log in and boom there it is, it says that my account was disabled after an automatic review of my activities.
every chat was about coding

i know this subreddit is not for unban requests so i'm just asking for a way to get in contact with them, i've sent 3 appeals over the span of 3 weeks and all i got was radio silence. and i don't mean that i didn't get the response that i wanted from them, i mean that i didn't get ANY response

since the first appeal (second and third), it started requiring me to send an organization id? i don't work or own a company, in other words i'm unemployed and i was using claude just for coding stuff, not anything related to companies. i don't even know why i got banned?

if anyone knows what's happening please tell me, i'm not desperate but as i said, it would be nice to get unbanned as claude helps a lot with my coding

i understand if i wont get unbanned, at least i'll remain banned knowing why i was in the first place, and learning from it
